Dominican Attitude Excursions is an English-speaking tour agency, located in Bayahibe in the Dominican Republic. The members of the team are enthusiasts who will help you discover an authentic and colorful Dominican Republic.

The founders of Dominican Attitude

Before creating Dominican Attitude, Nadine and Marina worked together in an excursion agency run by Quebecers for 10 years. Then, the pandemic arrived, the Quebec agency was sold and the 2 French women remained unemployed.

Sad to have to draw a line over these 10 years with the Quebecers, but determined to stay in the Dominican Republic, they evaluated the possibilities of finding a new job, each on their own.

After a few weeks, during a telephone conversation, Nadine made a joke to her former work colleague:

- ''Since this is what we know how to do and we do it with pleasure, why not start our own excursion agency!''

In the middle of a pandemic, it was really a joke, because no one knew what tourism was going to become, neither in the short term nor in the long term.

However, Marina retorted:

- ''Well the idea is not bad, we should think about it. Let's let the weekend pass and we'll talk about it again on Monday.'

Monday arrived, the decision was made and Dominican Attitude was born!

Nadine

Marina

Thanks to long experience as a guide and her love for the country, Marina has designed tours to help you discover the Dominican Republic in all its authenticity and without fuss. As co-manager of the agency, she is less often in the field, but she has meticulously selected and trained each guide to share her values and guarantee you wonderful memories.
